ONE TEAM.
ONE MISSION.

Home Team Jax organizations ensure that more than 95 percent of all children diagnosed with cancer in and our eight-county area receive the care and services they need close to home. These families can fight cancer while wrapped in the support of their immediate family and friends, classmates and teachers, congregations, neighbors, teammates and community members. They can find respite in the comfort of their own home or on the shoulder of their neighbor.
